I’ve been hearing a lot about CrossFit lately. As far as I know my gym doesn’t have a CrossFit class or if they do, it’s called something else. Come to think of it, I’m not sure CrossFit is a class-thing, it might be a more individual/trainer type of program. I’ll have to look that up.
Based on my tiny bit of research, the object of CrossFit appears to be; lift something heavy (including yourself) until you throw up. I could be mistaken, I haven’t tried it. But, either way, I couldn’t help making the association in Wednesday’s strip when I was out shoveling the driveway (which is a surprising amount of exercise actually) last weekend.
Men’s Fitness magazine has a much better explanation and demonstration of CrossFit this month, which I discovered through my Twitter-crush on Bob Harper and which you may want to check out before taking my word on anything.

Tom Sawyer Lives! Just imagining that makes me glad I live in Florida! Grew up in Iowa though, so I know exactly what I’m not missing.
Great Comic!
It’s a great cardio workout, great leg workout, great back workout, and more environmentally friendly than running a snow blower.
