Today’s comic will be up this afternoon. I totally blew the weekend on family-stuff and trying to come up with a really cute, bunny related Easter joke…
Yeah, I failed.
The Obeaster Bunny was the closest I got and I was bouncing ideas around with my sweetie at the time so I can’t really even take full credit.
So, here’s a drawing of a fat rabbit. Hope y’all had a great weekend and I’ll be back later with something (if not funny), at least more complete…Or “substantial”. Like the rabbit. Y’know, because he’s fat.
haha! ha! ha-uuugh.

I found these photos in an old issue of Self Magazine that I stole borrowed from the gym.
They were for an article called Superfoods for Amazing Skin. I think the food styling is creative, clever and not being a cosmetics user myself, it was really refreshing to come across a magazine article that discussed a nutritional approach to “beauty” options.
Mainly, this article discusses good sources of the best vitamins for combating skin issues like acne, dryness and aging. But, to my mind, the bigger gain here is that you make these choices as an act of self care. Enhancing positive feelings about yourself in a way that your whole body benefits, rather than putting the focus on trying to cover-up “flaws” (with expensive, unnecessary, chemical products).
Perhaps that’s a bit over-simplified or naive on my part, but it was still a much nicer and more useful read than Plastic Surgery at Any Age! What He’s Really Thinking! Celebrity Cellulite! The Lipstick You Can’t Live Without! or whatever other mind numbing, esteem crushing drivel that, so often, skulks among the pages of women’s magazines.

It’s not a lie if you believe it.
Definitely a glass half full outlook!
