  1. I’m guilty of absent-minded snacking too! I just got to the point where I stopped buying junk food and started keeping pre-made salads and veggies with hummus in my fridge. Last night my boyfriend and I polished off a whole bag of baby carrots in front of the TV. Better than chips, right?
