There’s been a great turn out in the web comics world this week for Halloween comics. Evil Inc. and Penny Arcade cracked me up but I really have to give it to Ellie On Planet X. If you’re not reading this one, you really should check it out. The characters are charming and funny and the artwork is fantastic.
